Privacy policy

This policy describes how the club processes personal data of site visitors and of people who sign up for a trial class. It is a template: check it and add the club details — the operator's name and requisites, address, contacts for requests.

Who processes the data

The operator is the club whose details are given in the site footer and in Contacts.

What data and why

From the trial class form: name, age, phone and/or e-mail, preferred way and time of contact, the chosen hall and discipline, a comment. We use them to contact you and book the class. For a child, the consent is given by a parent or legal guardian.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept no longer than the period set by the club; then names and contacts are deleted and only anonymous statistics remain.

Visit statistics

The site counts visits itself, without cookies or third-party counters: visitors' addresses and browsers are not stored, only anonymous daily totals. If the club turns on Yandex Metrica, it uses cookies — the site warns about it separately.

Your rights

You can ask which of your data is kept, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw the consent by writing to the club using the contacts on the site.
